Hi Everyone...
Here is just a small sampling of photos from our summer getaway...Hope you enjoy them!
Pics of Jasper, Alberta...Mountain Sheep are plentiful in this part of the country. This sculpted sheep is in downtown Jasper, wearing a lovely floral bouquet!
Mount Robson...the tallest peek in the Canadian Rockies (there is a taller peek in Canada...much further north in the Northwest Territories) It is very unusual to get a clear shot of the top...it is usually shrouded in cloud.
The next few are of the B&B we stayed in for a week in Savona, British Columbia. We ate breakfast every morning in the glass room.
The last two are the back of the home and the view from our window in Kelowna, British Columbia...about 21/2 hours from the 1st B&B.
Have a great long weekend!
Nancy

Wonderful photos Nancy. Looks like you had a great vacation. I just love the photo of that beautiful mountain. We don´t have mountains in Denmark :o).
Thanks for sharing.
Many hugs, Tina
Simply breathtaking!

Wow, lovely photographs and what beautiful places to visit. We really are very lucky to live in Canada.... it is a special place to say the least.
Your photos are wonderful Nancy and thanks for sharing. glad you had a great time.
When I did my big OE many years ago, I took a train journey from Calgary through the Rockies to
Vancouver. The scenery was so picturesque.
I loved Banff and seemed such a magical place
with snow everywhere.
I love your new blog look - very nice.
Warmest hugs
Carolyn
Thank-you all for your lovely comments...it is so nice to have a place to share with friends all over the world.
I didn't realize that Denmark was "mountain-less". I am sure you have wonderful places we should see in your country, Tina.
Gee, Carolyn, the world is a small place when you think about it. Here we are talking to one another and I could have passed you on the street all of those years ago...
I am glad you enjoyed your trip to Canada. When you take the train...you see places that only rail passengers see because you travel right through the mountains in places that are away from the highway.
Talk to everyone soon...fall is fast approaching. I decided to change the look for fall. I will change it again for Christmas and winter.

Beautiful pictures - must have been a wonderful trip. I agree, Miss Zoe must have been in peanut butter euphoria! She dug someplace later anyway. Bad dog. I love her just the same. Thanks for the kind comments and have a safe holiday weekend! M.
