Jasper In November...

Hi Everyone...
We just arrived home this evening from Jasper, Alberta. I was teaching up there all weekend. The weather was great, the women (40 in all) had fun, and the food was wonderful!
We took the scenic route...which is faster, but can be very snowy...and in the dead of winter, the gates are often closed because of all the snow. On the way down, the road was a little snowy in places, but good driving.

The mountain sheep were down on the road licking the salt. On the way back, it snowed the whole way...which is why the pics are a little blue. It had snowed all weekend and was a winter wonderland.

We did a little shopping...and in one of the shops I spotted this platter...I didn't buy it, but I thought it was so simple and pretty.

Have a great week!
Nancy

One thing I miss living here on the Island is SNOW! I grew up in Prince George, so we had lots of it. Jasper is such a gorgeous place. Thanks for sharing the photos.
